“Liquid Lithium” is not liquid lithium metal. It’s a liquid chlorine-based pool/spa sanitiser. The active sanitising chemical is derived from lithium hypochlorite. Liquid lithium levels in your spa can be tested with a normal chlorine test strip, no special test strip is required. 

Approx. 20 mL per 1,000 L per day/use.

Maintain an available chlorine level of approximately 3–4 ppm, as measured with a commonly available chlorine test strip.

Adjust the dosage according to spa volume, usage and chlorine test results.

DOSING PROCEDURE

Initial Start-Up:
For a clean, freshly filled spa, add 160 mL of Liquid Lithium per 1,000 L of spa water. Additional product may be required where the source water or spa has higher levels of residual contaminants.

Once the chlorine level reaches 3–4 ppm, the spa can be returned to normal operation.

Daily Maintenance:
Test the chlorine level daily and adjust the dosage as required to maintain 3–4 ppm. Actual daily requirements will vary depending on spa size, water temperature, usage and environmental conditions.
